• All Submissions shall become the property of SAAY Radio Voice Of Cilicia and will not be subject to any obligation of confidentiality. SAAY Radio Voice Of Cilicia shall not be liable for any use or disclosure to a third party for any of the Submissions.
• SAAY Radio Voice Of Cilicia shall exclusively own all known or later existing rights to the Submissions worldwide, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose without compensation to the provider for the Submissions.
• SAAY Radio Voice Of Cilicia reserves the right to change due dates for Submissions, or other specifics, as it deems necessary in its sole discretion.
